Why a hawk and not an eagle?

Some have asked me why a hawk instead of an eagle? The eagle is traditionally the symbol for the prophetic, but the Lord showed me that I am a hawk. Hawks are smaller and therefore must use intelligence and strategy to hunt their prey. The hawk symbolizes keen vision, wisdom, and strategic insight. Like a hawk, I seek to hear God's voice through the prophetic to supply vision, wisdom, and strategies to those in authority.
