Hey Jason - my alter-ego had someone I barely know, a nurse, with no property development experience, ask me if I wanted to go halves in our own multi-million dollar unit development in Brisbane. They were deadly serious too - had done some seminars on it and all.
Me thinks it's time to run for the hills.
