7 Biggest mistakes made by Property Investors

I have just finished reading a book by Property expert Steve Bolton called: The 7 Biggest Mistakes Made by Property Investors and How to Avoid Them

I thought I would give people an outline of the 7 mistakes as a bit of a checklist, but also in the hope that they will buy the book as a useful Investment tool, as it is heartily recommended. So without further ado, here they are:

1) Not protecting your downside.

2) Not having an effective Property Investment strategy

3) Believing what you hear, read and see in the media.

4) Not operating with Integrity

5) Not maximising the potential of Leverage.

6) Not investing in your personal and professional development

7) Having an a bad case of 'Analysis Paralysis'

I couldn't possibly paraphrase them all, and do them justice, compared to Steve Bolton's book, which has loads of information around all these points, and more importantly, loads of advice on strategies.

If you want to buy it, I would definitely recommend it!
