My very own Badge.
oh special day. oh wonderful feeling. it is my very own badge. I have been told i get to choose who gets delivered this spledid thing. but first I would like to thank @carlgnash for creating this badge o' me, and for inviting me in to the humanbot initiative. Human Certified Original Works.
So what will this mean to me. Well the serendipity of being invited in at this moment certainly causes one to say 'hmmmm interesting timing' as i had just been plotting with my bud @raj808 about a little idea i was calling #proofofpost
the similarities are quite the kwonky donk. basically @carlgnash explained to me that while @originalworks was great... it could be duped...how??? haha as if id say!
so basically carl explained that the real human touch was needed. so after jumping through many rings of fire and hoops of 'who are you' oh the toil of the trials...and to survive and come out with this here badge....well that my friends warrants a whatsapp to mom. and sure enough she was proud too.
so anyway...i was trying to bring up the similarities between the humanbot initiative and #proofofpost. Also to discuss what kind of energetic i would be bringing to this Badge of Originality.
Basically #proofofpost was meant to signify that beyond being a good or bad, smart or dumb, sad or funny, sexy or dorky post...that we could feel little bits of each others human essence... shavings, droppings, undeniable fragments of self.
So i make this my mission with this badge. I am not looking for polished stories or perfectly crafted science articles. not looking for Fibonacci coin re-tracements or tutorials on tutorialing. inspirational quotes and memes may feel neglected by me... kittens, recipes and look at what i'm eating posts could very well get a badge....but not sure the odds yet.
What i can say is that i'll badge anything that i feel has the strong odor of life behind the letters. i'll poke around at that post and see if it jerks. I'm looking for real people, not afraid to give parts of there real selves. i'm not here to judge your content. I'm here to sniff around until i get a whiff of you and your #proofofpost
So be on the look out for one of these....

So does it work the same as originalpost? but using @humanbot in the comments of your post instead? Just want to make sure I am getting it right lol
at this point it does not work like that. i am brand new to the badge crew... but basically my understanding is.... that real... autonomous humans are behind every badge. those individuals post the badge on content that they have read and feel fit the criteria of there specific badge or whim at that moment. all manual... all actual fingers pushing buttons. though there is some rumors of being able to call out the various badges in the future.

To be honest I'm not sure I understand your criteria, if I go by the name alone I get it, if I go by the above explanation not really. Placing that aside, I happen to be a fan of Originalworks (though as you stated it might need some fixing), to me it meant it proved my work was mine. Whether someone liked it or not wasn't the point, that's why I like @whalepower so much it gives it a stamp; a human came by (very well appreciated).
@coquiunlimited first off thanks for commenting. and now perhaps i can clear up any confusion. no one is saying originalworks is a bad thing...I and others involved with Human certified works are all fans too. what is being said...is that it is possible to fool and some scam/spammers are fooling the bot that does the originalworks searches. Humans can take a few extra steps to ensure originality and those with a badge have received some instructions on how to ensure the post is original to the person claiming it. So that is the aspect dealing with original works.
As to the criteria of my explanation. there are many badge holders... each real humans. each given a degree of autonomy in choosing which posts they want to give the badge. some badge holders lean in the direction of art... some science and information posts .... some writing and poetry....and so on. i think it is best to not think of it like originalworks.... as at this point you can not simply call on human certified original works .... a badge holder must find you...and they must badge you as to there specific criteria. we are each humans behind the badge.... we pick and decide as seen fit.
my above stated criteria is personal to me... other badge holders have there own personalized criteria.
in my criteria i am specific that it is not about whether i like it or not.
i have chosen to make my badge about searching for the sense of a real person. i can see why this could be confusing... who am i too say who is real and who isn't. i guess im saying above that i get a feeling off of certain posts. like the person has shared something personal or there is a vulnerable honesty or that every word that the person writes just feels so true to them... it is not an easy criteria to explain it is a very individual human thing to me. but here on steemit i am literally called the Butt or Buttcoins.... so i wouldn't worry to much about me or it. 😎

thank you... @kylaki yes...if by priceless you mean worthless...ha ha... not really...i actually have found several things to badge... and that has worth to me... soon there will be a way to search each individual persons badge...i think that will be great...cause now to see the badges i have dolled out you have to scroll my comments which is a bit tedious...even for me and there my comments. 😎
