Pre-Release Hybrid Promotion/Community Bot
Currently testing Bid/Membership based hybrid promotional bot service.
All steemians are welcome to join in the testing, but most use will likely be "in house" while testing is going on.
Currently some bid bots are sitting idle at round end waiting for bids, @hybridbot will upvote one of it's members posts (using certain tags) and give it a resteem using this idle Steem Power. This will extend the bid round a small amount giving the bot a chance to get a new bid. It will be an added benefit for those who wish to invest Steem Power by delegating to the bot.
Those who delegate will earn a share of SBD income like any promotional bid bot, but delegating a large share unlocks community bot features.
Membership will be available in a few ways.
Delegating 100 Steem Power will unlock full benefits. (Including a share of bot income in SBD)
Delegating 25 Steem Power will allow membership so long as you send 2 STEEM worth of bids to the bot per month. (Including a share of bot income in SBD)
Using STEEM for bids can build up a membership (these numbers will have to be adjusted to work)
You can be sponsored in from someone who has enough Steem Power delegated to cover your membership.
(This does not effect payout shares, only those who delegate get a share in payouts.)

100 Steem Power may seem like a steep price tag for membership, but it's meant to be! In order for any promotional bot to be successful, it needs Steem Power, the more power, the greater success potential. We also don't wan't the bot scanning through too many members, slowing down bot productivity.
But wait! The bot is empty!
These are true facts about the @hybridbot, it is low on Steem Power, but if this goes well, I have a feeling that won't be an issue for too long!
