Khebab or Chinchinga on the go.

When did you last visit Africa? Here is one thing about the Africa food that will make you so crazy. I know this does not only exist in Africa but some parts of the well as well. But we make it so nice and appetizing. It is the goat meat which is nailed or arranged on a piece of a stick. Most people prefer to call it chinchinga. Whichever way it is called still makes it good. It can be taken raw with drinks or just added to any other food.

It is made with some spices and sauce which you can prepare home or anywhere. This kind of meat can be found anywhere on the street or places like here in Ghana especially where drinks are mostly available. They are not expensive to enjoy. And so lots of people buy them to enjoy. You may find a lot of this chinchinga or kebabs at parties, weddings or the various homes of individuals.
