Promoting Steemit on Facebook | Strategies
On 30th September I have made a post on my facebook profile about Steemit. I have shared Steemit on my facebook profile two months ago almost everyday but I decided to change the strategy.
The strategy is not to ask them to join Steemit but to make them even to pay to join Steemit. They need to see Steemit as a game changer because that it is. And I just showed them my results on Steemit.
Some of them messaged me within minutes excited saying:
I just registered on Steemit, I am waiting for validation e-mail.
I am trying to guide them in the right direction. I am telling them to save their password in multiple but safety places, to be original and never start spamming comments. But let's go back to the strategy.
Telling them to join Steemit is not the right way to promote steemit, the same as other platforms. But showing them results and your trust in the platform will definitely lead to the creation of a new Steemit account. And I really think that those new accounts will be more successful than mine.
When people see you really trust a platform they will join that platform without any question, they will read that FAQ and will search on google everything they need to know.
Stop being a lazy guy.
You can start now doing the same and we all will benefit. Share on facebook, twitter, instagram a status with your results on Steemit, take a screenshot and comment below.

Ive got some freinds to sign up for steemit but the account creation never finished. It must be pretty discouraging for allot of people who just give up on getting an account, you think this is because of the waiting list or just a one off error? Let me know how it works out for you refferals

Awesome post mate. I do think Steemit should have an affiliate type program. I am working on getting around 3-5 extremely talented people on here and if that happens I feel it will be a game changer for them, a sort of affiliate referral setup would be great I think for existing, future stemians as well as Steemit, win win win .. everyone wins? I know what you mean man but I don't know if an affiliate system will be benefic to Steem - the coin
They are trying to promote this as a social platform so they will never offer this kind of option. A great opportunity for us to earn, bad for the idea.
Keep up the great work promoting #Steemit. If everyone shared EVERY blog published on #Steemit with their existing Social Network including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc, we wouldn't be currently sat at 400k users..!! I think it's best to simply "soft sell" it.
If someone wants to do something, they will do it on their own. Sort of pushing them to it now, especially with the supposed ease of making money easily would just turn them off. They'd cry scam.
I am waiting for some progress on Steemit then I will start promoting offline :D

Lovely strategy: you begin with people you socialize with an gain more later. This is a good plan to grow the platform. The more we bring onboard the better for our rewards and growth.

Ive got people to sign up for steemit before but they never get the final confirmation email. Maby this is because of the waiting list or just a glitch but it think it was very discouraging to them. Keep is updated on the status of youre refferals plz!
