Nice one @bait002 you just spoke nothing but the truth, but on the issue of reputation. The use of bots and buying upvotes can greatly increase a person's reputation also sometimes put one's post in a trending position because some one with good upvote upvoted that post.
I have used it and that is why am saying it.
Some how, having a good reputation is not useful if your posts are not engaging and interesting.
Whenever i visit a person's blog there are things i look out for before i follow and/ or add you to my ginabot for notification
1 Your content
2 Your reputation
3 Your interaction with your followers if you upvote or reply comments.
There are people i always visit there blog because there must be something useful to read or comment. So to easily visit them, i add them to my ginabot for notification.
Your post must not be a text book, just make it deliver your message without long sermons.
Rightly said @inspiredgideon1. About vote buying, that could be for a whole lot of reasons. It's good to have some funds to boost one's reputation, but I'd recommend that you allow then grow in an organic manner. This is because, you'll get a chance to grow your your fan base through a natural process.
