I have three solutions in mind to realise that.
The Flyer link to an own registration site. With that registration site you get the Flyer Code and you can directly send sbd.
You make smth like a paper Wallet. And the user can transfer the money from the Flyer to his / her Wallet
You use a bot and the User can send the bot the Code and the bot send the sbd to the Wallet.
The paper Wallet idea is the Blockchain nearest idea ☺️

Im not sure what you mean as Im still pretty new still here. @anarcotech @starkerz, can you guys interpret a bit as you know more about blockchain than i do?
Sorry. If I understand correctly, you want to make your flyer some worthy. so if someone has your flyer, he owns the steem which is connected with this flyer. Thats what you want to do? right? or do I get it wrong?
You can realize that with a paper wallet. 1. Create a QR Code of the wallet 2. Put that QR Code at the flyer ^^ https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Paper_wallet
that would be the solution closest to the blockchain. I only have my concerns with it, you see, you dont understand it directly :D whats about the people who already have problems with, computers, social media the whole internet / web stuff ... they are totally overwhelmed with QR and Steem and SB and Cryptocurrencies ... and and and
