Good evening, I @bait002 the founder of the offline minnow school, a place where minnows are mentored and groomed. I have skipped this series for some days now and I would really like to apologize for that. The truth is, I have been really busy with my studies. Quickly today I would like to share some words that I believe will change how we see this platform and also trigger an innovation in our minds. This post was inspired by words I read from the @steemsecrets handle, and here's the insight :

• imagine steemit during the time when there was nobody to help or support your projects because those helpers also needed help for themselves?

• imagine steemit when there little or no curators like we have now, believe me there was a time on steemit when there were no whales.
• the platform only became easier because these guys we ask for help today didn't give up yesterday.

my question to you is this, what will the future members enjoy because of your own personal devotion to add value to this platform?

We're always quick to ask for help and blame or even hate others for not upvoting us. We have to understand that relationship on the steem blockchain is highly economical. Someone likes you is not even a guarantee that you get some upvote from them. The level of upvote distributed has an impact on the overall market cap.

Don't send signals about your telling the entire community that you're out for the benefits.

Instead make your blog and explanation of what benefits you bring by being a member of the platform. Steemit is changing the world and everyone who cares about humanity cares about the betterment of the steem community.

I was listening to @suzie on msp and she said these words "I can now feed my children and have a roof over our heads, all because of steemit". Those words touched me deeply and I began to think about what steemit brings to the the world.

Was reading @exyle's blog today and I learnt that steemit has reached a 700k milestone. I'm glad to hear news like that.

We are gradually becoming bigger and I hope that as we begin to receive these new members they will be able to turn to you and ask you for help. Would you be complaining as they complain?

why not do something; start a project that is serving a need on this community, something that adds value to the community. The greatest form of reward, the greatest measure of success is that someone benefits from what you did.

Think on those worlds, you will thrive and become all that you desire as long as you do not decide to skip any point in the history of the blockchain. MINNOWS ONLY BECOME WHALES UNDER A PROCESS. IF YOU MISS THAT PROCCESS, YOU'D MISS YOUR GROWTH". Think in terms of the big picture and make a commitment to consistently add value to this blockchain.
