Important Tools to Undertake Stakeholder Analysis

In my previous posts I have discussed about the benefits of undertaking stakeholder analysis and basic approaches of stakeholders’ analysis  

Here I will give you simple highlights about the standard tools, important tools of stakeholder analysis  

STEP 1: IDENTIFICATION  

List all of them. By the end you will get full profile of each of your stakeholders

STEP 2: prioritization  

Place every stakeholder in accordance with their level of influence and interest. It will help you define the level to which each of your stakeholder support and or oppose your objectives

Define each of your stakeholders this will help you plan the way you communicate and participate them in different steps of the project .
