NECESSARY SKILLS AN ENTREPRENEUR MUST POSSESS
INTRODUCTION
As an entrepreneur there are some basic skill one must possess. I have heard over time people’s communication, understanding and thinking when we talk about entrepreneurship, most people term to see it as just a mere business or trading so to say but may I quickly explain in detail what business is all about.
Business overtime or as must people know it to be, is seen as the act or process that involve buying and selling or goods and rendering of services. As simply as this process sounds to be require a lot of skills to be effectively and properly carryout. I have heard some fathers in making, I mean youth who are about to get marry says when I married, I will just establish my wife and when you ask them what they mean by to establish their wife, they simple say open a big shop for her and she start selling neglecting the expect of skills acquisition. May I quickly shock you that without necessary skills going into business will be a great frustration and wahala on person and if marry will be a problem on the family, home and the husband. Just too quickly nail it up, as a woman in the family entrepreneurship skills are needed for proper home management.
Business or trading goes beyond mere buying and selling because to be sincere with you if I and you is given same capital to start the same business, I will be rest assured that I will remain in market and make large profit because overtime I have understand that for one for start business or trading there are skills required.
Some of the skills an entrepreneur must possess are as follows;
Management skill
When we talk about management skill in business, life entirely it is very important and necessary for everyone to possess simply because that it is what the world entails. Management is not all about using or manage something so that it will be enough but it is has to do the ability of one to effectively make use of a little to achieve greater purpose either huge profit or what so ever it may be. Management is needed in the home. It also involve the ability of someone to proper make use of something which can be time, resources e.t.c
Communication skill
Communication is power, I will even say the world at large is communication, when there is deficiency in the level of communication trouble, problem and misunderstanding arises.

Leadership skill
When we talk about leadership must people love it a lot , virtual everybody love to lead in what some ever capacity but they lack the understanding that to be a good leader you must be a good follower also i.e lead by example. If every leader has the understanding and come to the realization that leadership is not just the act of commanding others to do something or carryout a particular task but the act of humbleness and loyalty. Most people see leadership as just leading but it far above that, it require a lot of skills, patience, loyalty, humbleness, tolerance e.t.c
Planning skill
To plan require skills, we are those that are skillful planner i.e if they draw out plan for you it will play out as drawn no omission.
Financial skill
This still lays on one ability to manage and make effective use of finances in order to attain a specific goal.
Creativity
This is a powerful tool in the hands of an entrepreneurial, as it makes the difference. It simple has to do with one ability to do a common thing in a different, more accepted and attractive way. There are some that if they touch your work you will practically feel the creativity involve in the work. It doesn’t necessary needs to be a new thing.
Conclusion
To be skillful in what so ever we do in life is necessary and very important because that gives room for acceptance, if you don’t want to be rejected then do it professionally, skillfully and specially. And I must to say that all the above point skills can be acquired.
