Me gusta este platilllo ya que me gusta como lo prepara mi abuelita y me recuerda a ella
Origen:
Las primeras menciones escritas que conocemos del mole se encuentran en la Historia general de las cosas de la Nueva España o en el Códice Florentino de Fray Bernardino de Sahagún (siglo XVI). Por ejemplo se describe un mole o pipián: como “cazuela de gallina hecha a su modo con chilli bermejo y tomate y pepitas de calabaza molida que se llama agora pipiana”.
