Happy Monday...no seriously...

And so another week begins and while many people disparage and activiely avoid Monday it is also a great opportunity to get started on something meaningful. There are people who have ideas and simply decide to get started on them without delay or procrastination, or so I am told. For the rest of us it is helpful to have a starting line for our next big idea or plan. Scheduling a kick off gives us a set time when the procrastination and avoidance come to an end and things “get real” for whatever subject, object, or project we are inspired or required to begin. Seeing as Monday is already here, perhaps today is the day for you to begin something whose avoidance clock has run out. Perhaps today is the day to drop something from your life whose time has long past. Either way, Monday comes every week so we might as well find a way to make it useful. Garfield style hiding under the covers is amusing, entertaining, and even fun for a while however it is not getting us anywhere so again and with great meaning I say, “Happy Monday”!
