Process in making cassava flour
Weigh the cassava tubers
Wash it and peel it
Soak for 72hrs
During those 72hrs you decant it every 12hrs
Then dry it in a cabinet dryer at a temperature of 60°C
Then you mill it..
It's very easy and productive you can try it
This is interesting, I've never heard of cassava flour before. But I have so many people in my family with gluten alergies and sensitivities, that this might be a great thing for my entire family to try. I don't know if I'll be able to buy the root where I live, but I can buy the flour pre made. But I didn't even know to look for it before. Now I do, thanks.
