Very good read @blanchy. I worked part time for Penney’s for about 3 years and really enjoyed it there. I love this type of manager because they are the type of people who get things done and don’t waste time with small talk. They are also the ones whose rewards can change your life and all you have to do... is your job. I like how you just met head on and took the brunt.
It’s a small world 😂😂. Where were you based? Yeah I really respected him for that. He would kill you but then he would sing your praises behind your back. There was no backstabbing . You got done on the spot . No hard feelings now get on with it and make me money.
