Steem price failed once again to hit break the upward target of 20 cents after the dump the price only touched the 18 cents mark and then back to the price of 17 cents which is stuck here since the morning and till now it can not hit the target hope it will go the upward zone which is the safest zone for steem coin let see if the BTC is heading up then the alts will show some recovery.
