Today is the first day I joined in steemit.dimana today I will share information about the benefits of eating soursop fruit.

Soursop fruit is a tropical fruit
High in vitamins C, B1, B2, and minerals, such as mangnesium, potassium, copper and iron which strengthens our body besides the delicious taste of soursop fruit are also beneficial for the health of the skin, bones and teeth and prevent anemia due to iron deficiency of vitamins C,Calcium, phosphorus and iron.
Benefits of soursop fruit that I know only two things, namely

  1. prevent cancer
    Drinking soursop juice is proven to help prevent cancer and other malignant tumors. Some cancers that can be prevented by soursop fruit such as breast cancer, colo, prostate, and lung. Juice sours offer antioxidant action for the body because it helps eliminate toxins that cause disease chronic like cancer.
  2. make sleep so soundly
    Individuals who experience insomnia is suggested to consume soursop to overcome sleep disorders. This is because soursop fruit can make sleep become more soundly.
    And people who experience anxiety or stress is also recommended by the doctor to consume soursop fruit, because soursop contents work on the nervous system that serves as a natural sedative and will make you relax before bed.
