Steem price is drowning again and the price is touching the backside position of 18 cents which is currently at 19 cents and the price is down today but not yet touched the 18 cents mark so the price will be going towards the upward direction once the market become stable because the BTC is not doing good right now and that is why the alts are not in mood.
