There are many more choices than just the 2 you mention. So neither. We need to properly vet people coming in, we need to have quotas, we need to particularly watch sunnis from saudi arabia ( not even on trumps travel ban list} pakastan and syria.... too many factors for just those 2 absolute choices you give us. The white christian south africans need a place to come, so do many christian minorities from the middle east.... lets let people in who will assimilate, contribute and share our values as a nation
