Mountain Rose Herbs Review
Mountain Rose Herbs has herbs, spices, essential oils, teas and much more. I heard about this company while watching Rosemary Gladstar on YouTube and she had recommended ordering from here. At the time I had just planted some herbs but didn't have enough to make teas and tinctures so I decided to place an order.
I ordered 4oz of Stinging Nettle Leaf and 4oz of Raspberry Leaf. I ordered the Nettle because it helps with inflammation. I have Lupus and that equals SEVERE inflammation. The Raspberry Leaf helps with diarrhea, also associated with my Lupus.
I received my order about a week after I placed it.
The packaging is simple and clear with a huge peelable label that sticks great to mason jars so be sure to save it 👍🏻 (I don't have a picture of my order so this one is from their IG account)
Since receiving my first order I have completely used my Nettle and Raspberry Leaf so I have now placed two orders with this company and I highly recommend them. The herbs smell great, make excellent teas, and I already have a list of more Herbs to order. I'd like to get at least 1-4oz of several Herbs so I can start a herbal medicine cabinet.
I do grow several of my own but I go through them very quickly so I like to have pints of several different Herbs as back ups.

Hey great job! I've thought about ordering through Mountain Rose before, but just never pulled the trigger on whatever I was looking at. I might have to take another look though. I remember they had a huge selection of herbs to pick from though. Good article thanks for sharing!

Herbs are another overlooked prep item. @deanlogic had a good post a couple days about about turmeric and other spices that got me thinking about overlooked preps. Herbs and spices are something that most homesteaders would probably think a lot about, but I think most average preppers who are simply storing up supplies might overlook these things. There's a lot more to storage than just beans bullets and bandaids. Upvoting and Resteeming
