Pressure Canning With the Carey Smart Canner

A few days ago I did a video (Here:

) about the new Carey Smart Cooker/Canner I got and how I was going to pressure can some chicken soup in it.

This video show how to use the pressure canning function, as well as some of the water bath canning I did, and even some steamed rice I made.

I used this electric pressure canner quite extensively over the weekend, and the only errors I ran into were human errors. All in all I am impressed with how easy and convenient the Carey pressure canner and cooker is.
