ALEXIS SANCHEZ SIGNS FOR MANCHESTER UNITED
Manchester United is delighted to declare the marking of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal in an arrangement that sees the Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan move the other way.

I think it is win win for both, arsenal wanted to get him off for something rather then lose for free and also get a quality player, while united get a quality player who would have joined city maybe at end of season and lost a player not valued by jose, so it is more of a statement made by united to city.
