BEYOND THE DOUBT -Ralph Marston.

Doubt is sometimes a sneaky way to be lazy. When you doubt your abilities you don’t have to go to the trouble to use them.

Go ahead, challenge yourself, your ideas, beliefs, perceptions, skills, with the intention of making improvements. Be careful, though, about doubting yourself too much.

Stay away from the kind of doubt that results in giving up. When you feel such doubt beginning to seep in, respond by renewing your commitment to persist.

Address your concerns, but don’t let them stop you. Consider your doubts, but don’t turn them into excuses.

Don’t let apathy and inactivity slip in through the back door in the form of doubt. As burdensome as the challenges and setbacks may be, you can always respond with positive action.

When doubt arises, see it within the larger context of all the great possibilities open to you. Then step beyond the doubt, into action.

LOWER YOUR CHOLESTEROL LEVEL

This recipe that can help break down bad cholesterol and clear your arteries as you transition into a healthier lifestyle.

Ingredients:

4 liters/1 gal of clean water
8 organic lemons
8 cloves of organic garlic
4-5 cm /1.9 inches of organic ginger

Instructions:

Scrub lemons properly to clean the rind, but do not peel.
Slice lemon and peel the ginger and garlic.
Crush the garlic and let it sit for 15 minutes. This will activate the allicin.
Place everything but the water in a blender and pulse until smooth.
In a medium saucepan, add water and the paste and warm over medium heat.
Just as it begins to boil, remove the mixture from heat.
Let it cool and strain the liquid.
Pour the drink in glass jars or bottles with lids and store in the refrigerator.

How to Use:

Drink daily on an empty stomach two hours before meals. Combine with exercise 3 times a week.
