Today, I went over my four points of evaluation for calibrating my foundation for leadership and great personal life. It feels so good to both call out my failings, and to acknowledge myself for progress as well!
My practice session was a bit more narrowly focused today. I spent more time doing the exercises I learned from Seth Riggs, and after that, I most practiced the piano instead of singing songs.
