30 Days of Practice, Day 16

Today, I was back onto my regular practicing schedule of one hour from 9 to 10 am. I am still feeling tired for not having slept enough, but I also have the satisfied, grounded feeling of the work having happened on schedule. I love that!

Also, I had a more introspective and musically attentive practice time, rather than a more athletic, vocally driven one. I found that this was quite helpful, to well-utilize that quieter, more reserved emotional state I am feeling in the midst of being tired.
