Poverty is relative. And it is based on the definition the individual gives to it by himself.

But, in general, poverty is a situation or condition of lack of personal needs.

To someone, N100 Million worth person is not poor. Whereas, another person will see himself as yet poor even with the same amount.

At the BoB, the VME instruments are used to create products (goods and services) for generating the money to provide the basic necessities which the lack of them are the dimensions of the poverty state.

The conclusion which is a very important fact is that the War Against Poverty can be won gallantly. And every Winner of the WAP holds an indisputable title called Wealthy.
