 At my end I shall be alone
like water
Transparent to the shuttered bone

At my end words will fall
like stones
No religion to my name

I am fading day by day
Dead to the thought of me
Dreaded agony in pale skin

There is no solace
No solace
Here, at the end of all meaning

At my end
I shall be alone
I shall be no more
No more than nothing
as I am.
