There's been few deliveries where I only got paid $3(minimum payout) and no tip.
I've been doing alot of deliveries in the ghetto though. I've noticed that people are more likely to tip in the suburbs but there are less orders and they are spaced apart.
From my experience, it boils down to a respect thing. No tip, no respect. If you're in the hood, you're sure to meet tons of people who don't care about their fellow man/woman. It's a bummer.
