Someone can explain why some posts have so many USD and others nothing?
It's a question I'm not understanding. Irrelevant matters or not, photos of beautiful places, or not, politics, disasters, economy ... Anyway, what is the technique so that your post is more voted and evaluated monetarily?
Does anyone know how we faer or is totally random?

Post quality content that others value and you will be rewarded. Maybe not right away, but the community generally does a great job of rewarding good content.
It relies heavily on who upvotes your posts - if you attract a vote from a whale, things will pick up much, much faster. Ideally you'd want to attract as many votes as possible by generating quality content, but if you happen to hit the right chord with someone, your post can pick up very fast.
