Staying positive in a tough situation, especially if it effects your pocket book

Most of you here ,I think, understand risk in some form or other. whether it is jumping out of a plane for the thrill, putting your face to a brand, or posting an opinion that is against the grain . This also occurs in the financial realm. Gone are the days where a household can have one income and that income is guaranteed for 40 years plus the pension plan that comes after. Many know this are looking hard to find something that allows them to have the income and lifestyle many of our parents and grandparents had. This is where risk must come in because nothing is safe and trust worthy as it once was.

Understanding that risk is tough for so many. We have been taught from an early age to have an employee mentality and it takes something special to become an entrepreneur. Today, MLM and Direct marketing ideas are great vehicles for many to make extra income and change lifestyles, but again it isn't a guarantee and can be hugely risky if you are new to the realm. It can take several failures before you get it right.
This not understanding or preparing oneself of the risk, creates an automatic negative response to a bump , big or small, in the road. They are are the ones who run or jump out of the boat the minute things go sour even for a while. These people who get scared then become the naysayers against taking any risk especially in the financial risks.

I have personally now taken risks with several companies, 2 of those companies have seen big bumps, causing lot of disruption. Both companies have tried to help those who lost but not everyone appreciated the effort because they lost the dream of big bucks and early retirement.

I have a look in life. I take the risk and no matter the out come I will be coming out richer either in money or in maturity and knowledge. This is so hard from many for some reason.

I have for a long time believed this. If it doesn’t work out , oh well, I tried. This also mean I don’t have regrets. I am a big listener to Abraham Hicks (Ester Hicks) and Abraham has 5 steps in the Law of Attraction. I think that this is a great philosophy to follow
Step one: Have discord and ask what you want to change that
Step two : let it be answered by the Universe/ God/ Allah (which ever philosophy you follow)
Step three : Be open to the answers that come to you, let it inspire you into action
Step 4 : Get good at Step 3
Step 5: Go back to step one and not be upset when you do go backwards

To me this is a great way to look at the world and stay positive when something you had hoped for doesn’t go the way you had hoped. Often if you ask during the bump and then let it work out the way it should , it ends up working out better for you in the end. But if you don’t do this and focus on the bump, then all you see is the bump and actually not get what you had asked for.

It is very tough when it comes to the pocket book especially if you have others (family) who are dependent on the steadiness of it to be fed etc. However, that risk was taken and if you are unable to be okay with that risk not working out they way you hoped for , just don’t take the risk. You will then have to be ok not growing and expanding in your life.

Living positively is also taking risks and being okay with those risks..png
