Life, Opinions and being yourself.

All of us have different life experiences in different topics. There will never be the same experience by 2 people. That is why it is hard to really get good advice from someone on any topic.
For example, when asking a friend if they liked a movie. They may have hated the movie because of this or that. Then you ask another friend and they loved it. You decide to go and find out that you loved the movie because it spoke to you. This is because everyone experiences things through their own life experiences and that will be very different than yours.
This is the same with most life decisions. If you ask a friend or even a stranger about advise on a topic they will give you information about what they have experienced. They are self reflecting on the topic. Another friend may have a different experience on the same topic with a different self reflection of the topic or experience. What my point is here is that you can’t really rely on people’s opinions about things. Life experiences and how that person reacts to that experience will develop their opinion. Look at what they general talk about. Is everything they say or talk about have a negative tone or cautious tone, or do they have a positive outlook where they are ready to try new things. That is why it is very important not to listen to nay sayers because what they really are saying is “I couldn’t do it so you can’t do it” .

When looking at the a new opportunities like going to a crazy country or a risky business idea, and you look for advise about it, look at everything and never take a person's opinion at face value. Take it, figure out what you want in life and how you experience things vs the person who gave you advice and speak with more than one person. *Just because someone had a bad experience at the amusement park doesn’t mean that you will. *

Life is very diverse and that is what makes it exciting. We should not let others hold us back based on their live experiences and how they reacted to those experiences. Live the life you want not what others want you to live based on their own fears.
