We all have negative thoughts, does not matter how optimistic you are. It's a common virtue to think negative about people, any event or about our future. But we should remember that negativity creates a real bad impact on our mind. If we fail to realize that we can not live a mindful life.

We should notice ourselves, when we are thinking anything negative. And point that out so that we can know what makes us feel negative, what makes us feel bad and force us to think that way.

We have to figure out another way to fight with this negativity. And the best way for me is, "Counter each negative thought with multiple positive thoughts''.

Let me give you an example.

If you are thinking anything negative about yourself, any miss-deed, try to look on other positive side of you. It will help. It will work similarly if you think anything negative about anybody. Think something positive about them. We all have many positive side. We should focus on that.

But most importantly if your mind continuously produce negative thoughts about everything. You have to practice to not let that happen. Take a deep breath, think any other positive thing like any positive events related to it or any positive words. I hope it will help to eliminate negativity. This is the best way to replace positivism in our mind.

Anxiety and stress is one of the major thing creates negative thoughts. So if we can practice to replace positive thinking it will add up eventually. We have to learn to counter our mind, have to think positive and stop negativity.

Scientists says that 80% of our thoughts are negative. And if we fail to take action against it, can not live a positive life our mind will be occupied by all those negativity. That's why we should focus on bringing positive energy to live a peaceful & mindful life.
