When life gives you lemons!

The expression When life gives you lemons make lemonade is used to encourage positive thinking and optimistic attitude in life. It originates from the fact that lemons are sour and not pleasant in taste (not for me I really like lemons!), but on the opposite lemonade is sweet and refreshing! So, using this example people are highlighting the optimistic life attitude and the view that you can overtake obstacles in life.

Yesterday a friend brought me some lemons from Paralio Astros, a family resort in Peloponnese, famous for olive trees and citrus species like oranges and lemons.
Having a decent quantity of lemons I decided to make a dessert instead of lemonade, giving another #sweet and #positive meaning to the phrase! Following a quite easy recipe I have came with a delicious result!!
