From my 15 years plus of covering weddings and special events, I've realized the outdoor wedding depict a wedding dream comes true. From the moment the invitation get out, notifying guests it's going to be an outdoor wedding, everyone involved usually have a mental picture of an upscale wedding.
So, what do have to consider when planning such stylish occasion.

1. The Location; Beach, Vineyard, Winery, Backyards, middle of the mountain to name a few.
2. Backdrops. What would you like to see in your portrait background? the blue sea, skylines, green leaves or a waterfall..
3. Location pros and cons: Whats the weather conditions? will it rain or sunning on the D-day? what about the breeze? should we make provision for tents, umbrellas, and towels?
4. Power: yes. you have to consider electricity. Especially, if you are going to have lightings which are a crucial aspect of location beautification.
5. Have a Plan B: Perhaps the most important plan of all is to have a backup plan. Prepare for the unforeseen.
6. Hire Experts: Nothing makes a terrible wedding than hiring the services of a dilettante. In other words, using unprofessional vendors. To have an outstanding ceremony, you should secure the services of a professional photographer, videographer, caterer, hair, and makeup experts, DJ, bartenders, and security.
