Portrait Photography Contest Week 29 - Golden Hour

Hi all, this is an entry for Portrait Photography Contest Week 29 - Golden Hour organised by @jasonrussell.

This is photo of Nottingham's Can-Samba carnival queen. I was using a slow 1/4sec exposure toget the motion effect and a forced flash to also freeze anything within it's relatively low range to convey the flow and movement of the dancers of the carnival troop.
