Overpopulation is a phenomenon which affects most growing countries and communities. This is a situation where the amount of people who are living in the country is just too much the size of the country. This is simply a terrible situation for any country to be in. It is therefore advisable that certain steps should be taken before overpopulation strikes. This will help to curb the threat that comes with it. Here are some of the reasons why overpopulation should be avoided at all costs;
• NOT ENOUGH UTILITIES: most people who live in countries which are overpopulated would find out that it is not easy to have adequate utilities which would go round to everyone. This can be a very big problem at times and could lower the standard of living of the persons who reside in that country. This can all be avoided if overpopulation is curbed once and for all.
• UNEMPLOYMENT: in some countries where unemployment is a big issue, it is mainly down to overpopulation. There are just too many people when compared to the number of industries who are taking persons for employment. This means that a percentage of people would always be without a job at some intervals.
