It's so funny hearing people like Ted Carr rave about how good the melons in Chiang Mai are. 100% of the melons in Thailand are shit that I ate. Congrats on the big upvote!!!

Haha I agree so much with you about CM melons. But some watermelons taste good in Thailand. I miss honeydew melons and Santa Claus melons :'(

Hi Azmi! My blood test results are fine. This is possible only when the whole diet is high-carb low-fat (>80% of the calories are carbohydrates). For people with usual fattier diets, the sugar cannot be routed properly through the blood flow to the cells, because of a fat layer that clogs the cells "keylock".
