POMADE PRODUCTION:
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENTS NEEDED

1. STAINLESS POT
2. STAINLESS SPOON / STIRRER
3. THERMOMETER: To check the temperature of the mixture.
4. STOVE /BURNER
5. STORAGE CAN
6. FACE MASK: To protect the face
7. LAB COAT: To protect the body
   CHEMICALS NEEDED
8. PARAFFIN OIL
9. PARAFFIN WAX
10. PETROLEUM JELLY
11. LANOLIN (optional)
12. GLYCERIN (optional)
13. VITAMIN E (optional)
14. COLOUR (optional)
15. FRAGRANCE

PRODUCTION PROCEDURES

1. Place the pot on heating element / stove
2. Add PARAFFIN OIL in the pot and warm for 1min.
3. Add PARAFFIN WAX and stir until it melts
4. Add PETROLEUM JELLY and stir until it melts
5. Add LANOLIN and stir until it melts and mix well
6. Add GLYCERIN and stir very well to mix together
7. Add VITAMIN E and stir
8. Add COLOUR of your choice and stir properly to mix well
9. Before Adding the FRAGRANCE allow the mixture to cool down between 30-50°C before Adding the FRAGRANCE.
   NOTE: Before pouring the POMADE into STORAGE CAN test the thickness of the pomade. Take a little quantity on a surface and allow it to cool by blowing Air on it. Check if it is too thick, if so, add Petroleum jelly and Paraffin oil and mix properly.
10. Finally Pour the POMADE into desired CANS and allow it to solidify before closing the cans

DON'T FRY THE POMADE MIXTURE DURING PRODUCTION BUT ALLOW THEM MELTS AND STIR PROPERLY.
