Poloniex pulls their trollbox

Poloniex has recently removed the trollbox from its users. The trollbox has been one of the reason many people have stayed in poloniex dispite the lagging and poor support.
Poloniex themself writes

"To meet the increasing demands on support staff, the Trollbox has been disabled indefinitely and moderators have been reallocated to assist in support."

It´s usually only one or two people moderating at the time, and they must have many more support staff. How can this possible help their support staff? This is also going to feed suspicions about Poloniex, and some are going to take this as a sign that poloniex is the new mt. gox. They choose to do this at a time Bitcoin is weak even further the suspicion.

This is going to harm Poloniex because many enjoy the trollbox, and it also helps traders make decisions. I am now blind.

We need a an alternative now! But where?
