A message to Poloniex CEO Tristan D'Agosta

Hello There,

Sorry to reach out on your private mail, but as a frequent user of Poloniex I am wondering why you are not communicating on the cause of this 5 days long SBD/STEEM shut down. As you probably know, there is numerous Steemit post on the Poloniex tag where users are talking about the problem. I know your team is overwhelmed at upscaling but a tweet to reassure will just take 2 minutes, please consider that as a minimum of respect to your loyal customers.

    You are right communicating back to the community won't take long, but the CEO might have something else in the mind and he might come out at the right time, when he has something solid to say @metrox
