Poloniex No Support ,No Contact ,No answers
poloniex not answer to my tickets in support!
I deposited money into the poloniex site and accidentally frozen my account.
I sent Polonix customer service messages and did not answer to me.
I've been waiting for 14 days and my account is frozen without response.
I sent personal documents to Level 2 verification
But the account is still pending verification.
please help me.

Don't worry my friend...
I had to wait more than 2 months to them deposit 2 ETC of mine.
That is why I use Bittrex and Cryptopia.

i have a poloniex account, i deposit bitcoin to my poloniex account. I accidentally frozen my account, waiting for customer service for three weeks and no answer. I sent identification documents to (LEVEL 2) but the status is "pending verification" and there is no customer service response. I'm very disappointed and sad, I can not do anything in this situation. this is my tickets in poloniex support center: #386902, #418284, #428596.
please help me and share it.
