I have been waiting a few years for this moment. This year makes forty. I was introduced to how the banking system, politics and business in general operates and what its intention was when I was eleven years old. It became infuriatingly clear to me; become a slave master or a slave.

As usual I choose,   X None of the above. Master of self, slave to none.

This choice does have ramifications and is not an easy life until you push through to the heart of matter.

I freely admit, I am a trans-humanist and a Globalist, but not in that way. As such I was searching for the solutions that addressed the world as I perceived it. This is a wonky path to be sure. I waded through a great deal of Sovereign Citizen (an oxymoron) work and learned a great deal. 

I kept following that which felt right and completed a picture. Bill Still, Jordon Maxwell, Santos Bonacci for instance. In the back of my mind I was trying to disprove David Icke because I was the most resonant with his philosophies and they were the ones that freaked me out the most. I was not able to.

For the most part I felt like a mosquito on the leg of a raging bull trying to slow it down. Waiting for the time when others would realize what was going on.

I had been exploring the Federal Bank of Boston’s website for no particular reason in 2009 and started watching the cartoons they put out. It was at this time that a feeling, a connectedness to something started to build. By 2012 I was waiting for this solution to come out. I found I was holding the space for this to be created in. My blog was filling up with content around this diabolical system and the characters in it. I was gaining interesting observers from around the world.

Of course this blog was thoroughly assassinated all the way to the backups on my home computer. Talk about being demonetized. I won’t even talk about my own personal experiences.

This solution became a movement for about a year and a half. At the same time Scott Bartle released a documentary called What the FUQ? - Frequently Unanswered Questions. Even though the movement faded the work that was perfected remains.

I had decided to wait until someone asked for any solutions to the shit-fest we find ourselves in. I have waited because so few were ready for solutions and the price for offering the solutions was high. Also because there are other great things happening that I could be a part of. The past few weeks a number of specific requests for solutions have come before me. So I now offer one of the possible solutions that I know of. Because the time is NOW.

We are going to re-visit the expression of Eternal Essence known as The One People’s Public Trust (OPPT).

The OPPT is a body of legal work perfected within the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) that regulates all commercial activity on the planet that participates in the benefit of fiat currency, and all activity is done in commerce. Birth to Death.

The beauty of the OPPT is it doesn’t care about your opinion. If you don’t think its real, it DEMANDS you rebut it. If you can’t rebut it, shut it.

Just kidding...but seriously, if they could be rebutted they would have been. I personally have been a part of over $100,000 in student loans being stymied by this process.

During 2013-2014 I got a lot of the Na-Uh arguments. These are defenses against the realization that this is all true. Because if we can do something legally and lawfully it can't be a crazy conspiracy theory. If you want to spend the time writing me a long opinion on why you don't think this has an affect, save it. Spend the energy trying to rebut it.

The premise is based on the understanding that each of us is the Value that underlies all economic activity. The Birth Certificate IS THE original Derivative. This Value has been usurped and subjugated and used for the benefit of a few by means of FRAUD. This FRAUD resulted in the intended outcome, which is a SLAVERY SYSTEM that regulates and controls the human domain and the planet itself. In the same way that an alleged bank forecloses upon a [mort]gage, the assertions that the (alleged) Bank for International Settlements and the (alleged) governments around the world have perpetrated a FRAUD and are perpetuating a SLAVERY SYSTEM were made and the time allowed to cure did pass. Therefore a TRUST was perfected that did legally and lawfully bankrupt and foreclose upon these systems and return the Value to the One People of the world.

When the Republic, perceived as America, was constituted knowing that one day we would face the tyranny that besets us now the authors provided for a peaceful return to self-determination. I deeply encourage you to read the documents found at i-uv.com.

As you read the documents you will notice the language is unusual and dense. Understanding the totality of creation the author uses legalese to communicate to the alleged system and spiritual language to speak to the soul of all BEings. You will see the terms BEing and DOing used often. This is because it is the BEing and Doing of Eternal Essence in body that creates the Value the system had usurped and subjugated.

This Is Not a Belligerent Act!

The importance of this cannot be overstated. Riots and bloody revolutions or any act that would harm another is a belligerent act. This is a perfectly legal, lawful, ethical and most potent means to reclaim our inherent Being from the usurpers. By using this we are stating that IF they continue to act in accordance with the former system of subjugation and violation then they are PERSONALLY responsible and liable for any damages under the Uniform Commercial Code. This is because everything has been returned to Prime or zero-point, the declaration of such is I AM.

CEASE AND DESIST. This is the demand. If they choose to take action then everything they have worked for is in jeopardy. I don’t really care what happens to them as long as they are not able to perpetuate their violence against anyone else. In a free-will universe, they get to do as they so desire. But for the crimes they have committed against the One People, they get a snoot full of loving kindness and an invoice for many thousands of ounces of silver. This is in fact civility. “They” respond to civility. Civility is a sign of knowing. Knowing who you are and the power of THAT. They absolutely do not understand your rage.

Speaking of your rage. I have noticed that when most people realize the violation that has occurred and what the plan for the future is they get pretty freaked out and quite angry and rightly so. The immensity and progressed state of the situation is, to say the least, daunting. I encourage you to experience that rage or fear or whatever it is that has come up for you. Many who are reading this will already be well along the path and ready for solutions. Then put that experience within the larger context and use it to make the difference.

Making The Difference – Raise Your Silver Pitchfork

Finally, let’s get to the point. There have been many people in the past who have stood up to The Corporation. Ethan Allen (They put a bank in the building where his families pub was, bastards!), Andrew Jackson, JFK, RFK just to name a few that shows what it looks like through history.

The Corporation is, in actuality, a very, very limited and fearful mindset. They only survive by making us feel smaller in the same way an abusive spouse will keep their prize with them through verbal and physical abuse and making them feel small and helpless. They are also masters of deception, M.D.’s if you will. They study it in college its called debate club. Quite popular at Oxford University where Bill Clinton was a Roads Scholar (read best liar).

Consider this the divorce papers, in other words a withdrawal of your consent to benefit from the system (yup, that’s what they call it). Since everything is done in commerce by contract there are rules. A valid contract requires the knowing and willing consent of all parties. The OPPT has shutdown your Strawman (if you don’t know what that is look it up) and returned it’s value to each of the One People and withdrawn any prior consent including any and all tacit consent - Qui tacet consentiret: Silence gives consent.

It matters not if you are a liberal/democrat/progressive, which is an article in itself, or a conservative/republican/libertarian there is enough corruption and criminality to go around. What matters is these individuals that are acting “as if” they are a govern-ment (govern = control, ment = mind) of, by and for the people. They are not. “They” are now acting in their own individual capacity to perpetrate a FRAUD and perpetuate a SLAVERY SYSTEM. Did you sign a contract with each individual in the alleged former Federal Government saying it was fine with you if they abrogate, subjugate and usurp your value? Even if you voted in a national or local election (yes, the fraud goes all the way down to the school board, even the HOA in your neighborhood) you did not give the confused Eternal Essence in-bodied perceived as John McCain, for instance, consent with a contract with your wet ink signature on it to do anything that effects you. He has been Ordered to Cease and Desist!

So now it gets fun. Below is the text for a “Courtesy Notice” explaining the Bankruptcy and Foreclosure and Cancellation of Charters and that they are acting in their own personal responsibility and liability and are perpetrating a FRAUD and SLAVERY SYSTEM without a contract. They MUST CEASE and DESIST or they agree to pay for damages as defined in Schedule A of the Terms and Conditions. As the Federal Reserve is bankrupt and foreclosed all damages will be invoiced in 99.99% pure Silver.

Keep in mind this is a reminder notice. Proper notice was given in 2012.

Applicability

Whereas all Banks and “Government” have been duly foreclosed upon (ref: UCC Doc # 2012127914 https://gov.propertyinfo.com/DC-Washington/), Respondent therefore acts in the capacity of a private individual.

In the absence of government statutes and bank or other corporate contracts, the only instrument that will compel performance between private individuals is a lawfully binding contract.

Respondent’s Responsibilities

It is Respondent’s onus and responsibility to provide proof of claim in the form of a Sufficient Verified Response of a lawfully

The One People’s Public Trust (OPPT)

OPPT guards, protects and preserves all BE'ing, inclusive of gold and silver previously misused and abused by the banking system. The one people of this planet, and all BE'ings guarded, preserved and protected in Trust, individually and equally, are the only lawful and legal issuers of any legitimate REPRESENTATION of value, especially currency. The alleged main stream banking system no longer has asset backing. The trustees have returned and allocated a significant amount value to each human, a value that could pay the debt of the average person many, many times over. This is unnecessary of course. Many significant changes have come about including that we now live in a world of unlimited responsibility and liability that may bother you, but when you have a huge asset to call upon in need, that fact is mitigated.

At the same time, the trustees invoked a replacement system of governance called Creators Value Asset Centers or CVAC’s. The CVAC system is the antithesis of the corrupt, externally controlled looting devices that were termed Governments. They are in fact, in commerce, in law, preserved by public policy, REGISTERED as wholly owned, with full title, value and rights, co-jointly and equally by each of the one people on this planet, expressly warranted to be entirely transparent entities that exist only to serve the people of this planet by providing any systems of assistance the people of this planet deem necessary or desired, and these systems are prevented from impinging on any aspect of the free will of any human.

The CVAC system is presented as a planet wide, completely interconnected network structure run only by bonded public servants who act with full responsibility and in full liability at all times. Every human on the planet is served by CVAC and its BRANCHES. Each former nation on the planet has one CVAC BRANCH reserved for it. This incredible paradigm shift is just beginning to unfold right now.

Why is day to day life still the same? The old system is currently in denial and although there are negotiations going on continuously at the highest level, the news of the existence of the Trust is deliberately being kept out of the main stream media by the alleged corporate system to deceive the one people of this planet as it always has done. The impending implementation of funded CVACs will correct this situation.

Yet this document is in front of you and YOU now know what is really happening. You are now part of the paradigm shift.

This document is a lawful and legal challenge to approaches by individuals acting in ignorance of the new system or knowingly, willingly, and intentionally attempting to usurp, violate, invade, abrogate, subjugate, or insubordinate any BE'ing on this planet.

Patience is required while we develop our own understanding of what is occurring and choose what we do with this information only as it resonates within each of us. The Maxims of Law

Each correspondence is noticed with the Principle / Agent Maxim of Law. This Maxim states: Notice to Principal is notice to Agent. Notice to Agent is notice to Principal.

What this means is that anyone who takes action on this is tainted. They become equally liable for the total amount of the original invoice plus any actions they may take. An attorney has never contacted me. So far every encounter has resulted in silence. It truly is golden.

How Does This Help?

When I was a boy I grew up in a world of business and politics. In this way I learned some basic rules:

1. Always limit your exposure and liability.
2. Knowledge is power.
3. If you have to lie never give up on the lie.
4. Be on the right side of compounding interest whenever possible.
5. It doesn’t matter if you don’t care about The System. The System cares about you.

Without our insistence and assistance this system may get “re-giggered” in a way that will result in much deeper servitude and/or the culling of several billion human BEings.

Through taking this legal and lawful civil action individually en-mass it:

• destroys rule #1, 
• forces them to expose the lie if they attempt to rebut, and 
• rule #3 won’t be a problem as there are many alternatives for exchange of value that do not involve extortion, larceny and fraud.

How Does it Work?

First thing is, this has already happened. Second thing is, understand who you are! Third, don’t be afraid of who you are. The Fourth thing is, from that understanding, act with the strength of compassion and gratitude.

Then, if you choose, you could send a Courtesy Notice and an invoice to an individual in the Federal government. Anyone who claims to be a Representative or Agent of the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT will do. This can include any Neo-Con or Neo-Lib Deep State or Shadow Gov. actor of your choosing, be it Department heads, Directors, Assistant Directors, Senators, Congressmen, Judges, Ambassadors. There are over 30 million purported Federal Government employees. Even President Trump as he is the President of a bankrupt and foreclosed corporate entity until he complies with the One People’s Trust and returns this country to a real Republic -  if that is what we want?

Keep in mind that the Declaration and Order was issued September 10, 2012 and the Public Notice was issued December 25, 2012. They have been accruing damages since that moment till this. Using Schedule A of the Terms and Conditions, Item 16, you do the math. There is no statute of limitations on fraud. 

Once you have submitted your invoice and courtesy notice that is payable within 30 days you can expect one of several responses. 

• They will ignore it and do nothing and continue “as-if”, which is Tacit Consent to the terms and conditions.

• Send a stupid response thanking you for contacting their office in regards to something that has nothing to do with what you sent them. Again, this is consent to contract with you.

• Try and disregard you as one of the “Sovereign Citizen” movement, which you are not. This is an agreement to pay more damages.

• Come back in a threatening way such as “pay us or we will send the Department of Education, IRS or some other fraudulent entity after you.” Which only means more customers for you and represents an agreement to pay more damages.

In any of these cases your response is to send a second invoice stating that it is PAST DUE and payable in 14 days adding any new amounts now owed (see schedule A).

After the 14 days a Third and Final Invoice is sent on the original invoice. In this letter you inform them that their account is now going into DEFAULT and they have another 14 days to cure or their account will go to collections.

Most of these responses will come from someone other than the addressee. In this case they are the Agent acting on behalf of the Principal. This makes them a third party to the original agreement and the Principal in their own contract. They are issued an invoice.

The DEMAND is CEASE and DESIST. Any action taken outside of that is done in their own personal responsibility and liability according to the Terms and Conditions as that is the only valid contract involved.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to sign and date each invoice and I recommend sending it Certified Mail to a specific individual. Unless they have designated the preferred method of correspondence like email then stick to that.

At this point pause for a bit. Give them the opportunity to extract themselves from the situation they are in. Most of the people you are going to be relating to are as ignorant as you have been to the fraud that is and has been their very existence for many generations. You know hold the moral, ethical, legal and lawful high ground. The accountant is now trying to figure out what to do with this valid invoice that is about to default. The secretary is now getting invoices for huge sums. It is all very confusing. The attorney doesn’t want to touch it because they know exposure and that really freaks everybody out. And the remedy is clearly defined in the terms. It is a come to Jesus moment. 

If they continue, you Lien on them and they loose everything. These invoices are for 100’s of thousands of ounces of silver. They cannot pay it. JP Morgan has ~600 million ounces of silver and they ain’t giving it away. The COMEX and LBMA don’t have the supply. So the only outcome from that is complete ruin.

On the other hand, if they quit and do something else, they keep what they have. When you consider that an amount was given for every person in the world of 10 Billion in pre-1933 Gold and Silver, it kind of renders money and currency mute anyway.

The next step, should they persist, is to file a UCC-1 Financing Statement and placing a Lien against their personal property to satisfy the debt. The steps for this are different for each state and are readily available on the internet.

This is the difference between a petition or a protest and this approach. The former sounds like discontented sheep bleating and are often ignored or even used to steer the sheep into the pen. The latter comes from a true Sovereign who joins heaven and earth and rules their world and has the intention to defend it. Of these two approaches which do you think they will understand?

Even if you choose not to move forward and perfect a lien against the respondent, the thing is, you can. How is anyone to know which of the many Courtesy Notices and Invoices will be brought to fruition. It would only take one.

It is my estimation that by the time you have gone through this process there won’t be a Government left as we know it. The actions from inside the system and the pressure from us as the Soul owners of the Value of that system will render it impotent as energy is withdrawn from the old system into new creations of self-determination as a wholeful community.

I would not ask you to do something I myself have not done. I have used this with an alleged student loan CEO and police officers that pulled me over. The first thing I do when someone is demanding payment from me is treat it like a Nigerian scam. I look to see if I am getting a Statement or a True Bill or a Commercial Bill/Invoice. Do they have the originating documentation to back it up? Where is the contract that I signed that agrees for you personally to invoice me?

If it is a Statement from a lending company send a counter offer by saying something like “Do to the overwhelming occurrences of fraud today precautions must be taken. I will be glad to discuss this matter with you personally when the following conditions are met; that a True Bill or Invoice is submitted. I have received a Statement indicating this has been paid. If so no further correspondence is required. Also, I will need you to confirm your identity and authorization by rebutting the UCC filings mentioned in the enclosed ‘Courtesy Notice’ as described there in as these assertions are quite serious.”

Although this is quite serious, it allows you to be professional, firm and peaceful in your correspondence. They have now become your customer. Very profitable customers at that. Treat them as such. Remember that you too have been contributing to this fraud until you learned of it and in most cases are still contributing to it. But ultimately we just want them to go away and we continue our Being of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

So What Does This Mean To Me?

What this means to you is that you are free from the debt slavery system. This has already happened. You are self-governed and have been since 2012. The only thing keeping you in it is your own fear, ignorance and the compliance of those agents of the system that try to keep you in it. You are completely free to do as you wish as long as it does not harm another’s physicality or manifestations sometimes called The Non-Aggression Principle. 

The unfortunate part is that the people all around you are the agents of the system. It is an externally directed, self-regulating system. The OPPT is what Orange Juice is to LCD or baking soda is to acid. It neutralizes it.

This is a tool to clarify your world for you by asking those who are attempting to contract with you who they are. You know who you are, but who are they? “They” have a serious identity crisis. You have legal and lawful documents saying these alleged corporations and governments have been bankrupted and foreclosed for cause, all charters cancelled.

This is the opportunity of a thousand life times. This is the opportunity to NOT BE AFRAID OF WHO YOU ARE.
