Warren Buffet can say all he wants in order to enhance his personal brand. Plus he has the money to pay more because he has way more than his share. Not bashing someone smart enough to succeed that hardcore but it is what it is.

It is true that more taxes for the rich is not the only piece. More for the rich and an incentive for the poor to stay that way can’t be progressive. Plus, the companies invest where the cheapest labour, lowest taxes and highest profit margin is. Raise taxes, get jumbo cuts from companies that stay, and firings from companies that leave. Both inevitable and negative results.

It is like people who whine about wanting less taxes and more services (healthcare, law enforcement, recycling, education etc). How do they think this shit gets paid for? You get one or the other
