Trump and a Government shutdown
Trump canceled his trip to Palm Beach for the weekend to meet with Democrats about the Debt Ceiling and a Government shutdown. Obama deliberately tried to cause as much harm to the country as possible to blame the Republicans. He stopped tours of the White House and put up temporary fences around the National Mall, a grass park from the Capitol to the Lincoln Memorial. It cost money to put up those fences. Why have these confrontations over the debt ceiling, its absurd. Nobody intends to stop spending and nobody intends to pay off the debt.Debt ceilings are always raised. Why pretend?
Last time, Congress passed the bill but the Democrat Obama refused to sign it because he didn't get what he wanted.
This time a Republican is ready to sign a bill but the Democrats in Congress are refusing because it dosen't have what they want.
So instead of making broad statements about Government, lets be clear where the problem is. Spoiled Brat Democrats wanting to always have their way whether they are majority or not. They consistently put their party politics ahead of the well being of America.
