BASKING IN THE EUPHORIA OF DEMOCRACY

About yesterday..oops today..no no about May 29th. Yes. It's past but some memories still linger for a while.

It began like every normal day. I said my Hello's and hi's . To some this day may have marked birthdays,memorials,thanksgiving, fasting and prayers, marriage union even doomsday! For me, it marked another year of peace & tranquil in our country. Another year of democracy..

WHAT IS DEMOCRACY?

It's simply the "rule of the people." (definition source:Google). A system of governance where leaders are elected from the populace.

I'm not here to talk about the various systems: Oligarchy, Aristocracy, Dukedoms, Kingdoms and stuff.No. I'm about celebrating the power of freewill. The power to elect and be elected into government. 

 My meet-up with my friends and fellow steemians @joshuaetim,@lordjames,@unjest made the day more memorable. 

Notwithstanding our diverse cultures, religion, races..One thing is important..

LET LOVE LEAD..
