Arizona Electricity keeps increasing in price!

Minimum wage stays the same and utilities keep increasing. APS the greedy whales keep adding new fees and increasing rates while the wages stay the same. An extra $50 a month on top of the minimum charge of around $60 makes the price average $110 without even burning hardly any power. And don't you dare run your A/C in the Arizona summer you will be running around $350-$500 a month depending on the condition of your home and the R-Rating. Only the well off can afford a $20,000 install of Solar panels. Most lower income lives in Apartments so they are screwed and have to pay more!
I have neighbors that don't run there A/C at all and they're homes are 90 degrees on the inside because, they can't afford it. This is completely uncalled for please pass the word around.
