The enemy of my enemy is a friend. The opposition stands to lose A LOT so they will pull out all the stops to ensure the President does not succeed. So they're combining forces in the hopes of disrupting whatever change is about to come.
They are doing that...everyone that stands to loose everything with President Duterte's war on drugs. Every nation that is benefiting from drugs. Hence the Marawi siege is drug-related. The ISIS is a manipulated creation to fight those who are against their greed and power.
I was talking to a friend from Caloocan last week. She told me there were rumors about a Caloocan death squad and the residents were actually glad because a lot of the known addicts in the areas are lying low/dead.

I hope this won't start small vigilante groups that can go out of hand.
