A Congressional bill was drafted that had no number until 7:50 am on July 25th when it was given the number HR 3364. The 184-page bill passed the House the very same day, July 25, at 5:13 pm with only 3 dissenting votes. This bill was either pre-written for such a time as this or quickly thrown together. A bill that would cast a shadow of guilt and impose greater sanctions on Russia. Sanctions on Russia have never been very successful...

“They” have President Trump by the short hair. If Trump should veto H.R. 3364 (a clear threat to world peace) on presidential power, Congress and the corporate media will present such a veto as “absolute proof” that Trump is a Russian double agent and protecting Russia with his veto. If Trump does not veto the bill, Trump will have conceded that he cannot reduce the dangerous tensions with Russia.
