His 10 page paper was reasonable and probably easily backed up by biological realities. Only an SJW nazi type person would have the reaction that it produced. So a firing because of this paper shows how true what he said in it is. And the leaks from google show that they have a very hostile work environment if you aren't a SJW nazi.

He shouldn't accept a settlement that is less then his salary * remaining work years left in his life. I'm not sure where I saw it, but some one commented that Damore studied game theory. So hopefully he saw this as a possibility, saw it as a potential lottery ticket, and has the resources to wait for a good settlement.
